--smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 640\/400;\" \/><noscript><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"640\" height=\"400\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thewineconnoisseurs.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/naftemporiki.gr_-3.jpg\" alt=\"\" data-id=\"3322\" class=\"wp-image-3322\"\/><\/noscript><figcaption> naftemporiki.gr <\/figcaption><\/figure><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">2.500 years of history lying on the seabed in Alonissos island.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">The first underwater museum has just embarking its journey in Alonissos island, where the visitors may explore an ancient shipwreck with 3.500 -4.000 wine amphorae as well, along with the wealth of marine life.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">The sunken ship was an accidental discovery from a local fisherman in depth of 28 meter, in 1985.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">It curried a precious cargo of uncounted amphorae plenty of the famous in ancient world \u201cMendaios wine\u201d from Mendi, an \u03b1ncient city of Halkidiki Peninsula,\u00a0 and from Peparitho\u03c2, that was the ancient name of Skopelos Island.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">These two areas were very famous at the time for their wine.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">The first Greek submarine museum has already detached important prices from the European Union, while has been presented to the public from top international media such as New York Times, Lonely Planet, Daily Mail, Travel &amp;
