- 1 loaf of bread
- 2 tomatoes cut as chips
- 1 cucumber cut as chips
- 1 bell pepper cut as chips
- 1 onion chopped
- Flower of salt
- Oregano or basil
- Extra virgin olive oil
The loaf of bread should be very fresh and crispy.

In a salad bowl combine all the ingredients together. Fill the loaf with the mixture and serve at once.
